**Domestic Shipping (Australia)**
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, except for local deliveries.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
**Standard Shipping:**
Cost: $9.95
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
**Express Shipping:**
Cost: $14.95
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
**Local Delivery (Select suburbs of Melbourne):**
Cost:
Delivery Time: 24 hours
Tracking: Not available for local deliveries.
Delivery Instructions: If you are eligible for local delivery, you can choose to have your order left at your door or request a physical exchange. Please specify your preference at checkout.
**Please Note:**
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, remote locations).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
**PO Boxes:**
We deliver to PO Boxes within Australia.
**Order Tracking**
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided in the email. Note that tracking is not available for local deliveries within the select suburbs of Melbourne.
**Shipping Delays**
In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier delays). We will notify you of any significant delays.
**Lost or Damaged Packages**
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Local deliveries are not eligible for tracking, so please ensure someone is available to receive the order if a physical exchange is required.
